What is covered by the Travelpro/Atlantic warranty?
Travelpro/Atlantic warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty periods are unique to the collection, so check the documents enclosed with your luggage. In the unlikely event that problem occurs with your luggage during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your product at an Authorized Travelpro/Atlantic Repair Center (or replace it, if repair is not possible). You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to the repair center.
What is not covered by the Travelpro/Atlantic warranty?
Travelpro/Atlantic products are designed and manufactured to give you total confidence while traveling, but our products are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse or abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection of the product, or damage caused by an airline or other common carrier. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages (such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents, fading, or soil.) Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of, or damage to, the contents of the product, loss of use, loss of time, or other related expenses are not covered by Travelpro/Atlantic’s warranty.
Where are Authorized Travelpro/Atlantic’s Repair Centers located?

You will also find instructions on how to get your product to the nearest Authorized Travelpro/Atlantic Repair Center. Once your product is received at the Repair Center, warranty coverage will be verified, and covered defects will be repaired.
What is the fee for repairs?
Repairs that are covered under Travelpro/Atlantic’s warranty will be completed at our expense. If it is determined that a repair is not covered by our warranty, we will inform you of the fee to perform the repair and you may authorize us to complete the repair or direct us to return the product to you without repairing it. Please note that some countries may impose a fee for shipping and handling products.
How long will it take to repair my product?
Travelpro/Atlantic's Authorized Repair Centers are equipped to perform most repairs within two to four weeks from the time that we receive the product (or receive authorization to commence with non-warranty repair work.) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from country to country.
Note: Please examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which you traveled.
NOTE: Damage caused by the airline is the airlinešs responsibility and must be claimed to the airline at the time the damage occurs. Retaining the following items may be helpful should product repair become necessary:
